“Lynne has been an integral part of the Plot 22 journey from its early days as a fledgling community garden to its current standing as a small award-winning charity supporting community wellbeing and nature connection in Brighton and Hove. Lynne understands the importance of establishing ‘invisible structures’, and her support as I navigated my own journey with this helped to create a strong foundational ethos, rooted in the natural cycles and patterns we all instinctively feel, but often struggle to articulate.”Emma Leach, Founding CEO of Plot 22
“Lynne is both well liked and highly respected by the Stopover staff team and by me personally. She has been an asset to the team, employing both teaching and support skills. Lynne has a down-to-earth approach to supporting staff and is able to meet any client where they are at. She is non-judgemental, warm and supportive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to other organisations that were looking to support their staff team.”Stevie Graves, Stopover Housing Services Manager/Safeguarding Lead, IMPACT Initiatives
