I am a chartered occupational/organisational psychologist and UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, groups and organisations. I describe my work as ‘simply elemental’, providing a robust relaxed environment for learning, creating and relating naturally. In addition to my professional training, I have been inspired by my own experience of working with the natural wisdom of different cultures, notably Celtic, North American Indian, African and Tibetan Buddhist traditions.

Integrating these ways of being, my passion is supporting people to establish a natural balance and rhythm in their own personal and professional lives. This in turn supports their wellbeing and encourages their full creative potential to emerge with ease.

I am also a poet and celebrant and can be found tending my wild and beautiful garden in the South Downs of Sussex when I am not at work.
